I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation for those who are thinking about starting therapy with me. Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and this brief call gives us a chance to connect, talk about what’s bringing you in, and ask any questions you may have. It also gives you an opportunity to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. Once I understand a bit about what you’re looking for, I’m happy to share how I might be able to help.
