There are countless reasons people seek therapy and I'm equipped to help people with most of them. With that said, there are some issues that are outside the scope of my expertise, such as eating disorders, severe trauma, certain personality constellations, active drug or alcohol abuse, or violent behavior.
Generally, I help people work with almost any aspect of themselves that interferes with feelings of calm, peace, patience, acceptance, forgiveness, clarity, kindness, compassion, self-compassion, love, joy, excitement for life, confidence, trust, connection, hope, optimism, purpose, gratitude, creativity, and the uninhibited freedom to be one’s authentic self.
Below are some of the most common human challenges I help people with. Some of these can be clicked to learn more:
Trying Too Hard / Striving / Overachievement
People Pleasing / Caretaking / Rescuing
Self-Doubt / Feeling Not Good Enough, Flawed, or Worthless / Impostor Syndrome
Procrastination
Depression / Hopelessness
Victim Mentality or Learned Helplessness

Defensiveness
Irritability / Anger
